HRIS Transformation Lead / Senior HRIS Transformation Program Manager
Mission
For one of our clients operating in the energy sector, we are looking for an experienced HRIS Transformation Lead / Senior HRIS Transformation Program Manager to lead a strategic HR transformation programme.
The objective of the mission is to define and implement a future autonomous HRIS landscape, supporting the transition towards a stand-alone operating model. The successful candidate will be responsible for both the design of the target architecture and the delivery of the transformation roadmap.
You will:
- Define the target HRIS architecture, covering payroll, time & attendance management, core HR data and system integrations.
- Design the future HR Target Operating Model and associated HRIS governance framework.
- Assess transition and carve-out requirements in the context of a potential organisational separation.
- Develop the strategic roadmap and transformation plan for the HRIS ecosystem.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the selected HRIS solutions.
- Manage complex transformation programmes involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Drive decision-making and provide recommendations to senior leadership and executive committees.
- Ensure effective programme governance, risk management, planning and change management.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Support business readiness, adoption and organisational transition activities.
Profile
You have:
- At least 10 years of experience in large-scale HRIS transformation programmes.
- Proven experience defining HRIS target architectures and transformation roadmaps.
- Strong expertise in payroll and time management solutions.
- Experience designing HR Target Operating Models and governance structures.
- Demonstrated experience in carve-out, divestiture, separation or stand-alone organisation programmes.
- Solid programme management capabilities with a successful track record of delivering complex transformations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills at Director and Executive Committee level.
- The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery execution.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments such as Energy, Nuclear, Utilities, Pharma or Financial Services.
- A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
