CCS Expert Consultant (Carbon Capture & Storage)

Mission

You will be responsible for:

• Providing high-level technical expertise on Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) technologies and solutions.
• Supporting the development and structuring of CCS projects across different stages of maturity.
• Acting as a strategic advisor to project managers and leadership teams on technical, operational, and business-related topics.
• Identifying risks, opportunities, and technical solutions throughout the CCS value chain.
• Contributing to portfolio-level discussions and strategic decision-making for CCS initiatives.
• Leveraging your professional network to support business development activities and strategic partnerships.
• Coaching and mentoring project teams while promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Providing operational guidance and technical support across multiple CCS projects simultaneously.

Profile

You have:

• A Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Carbon Capture & Storage sector.
• Proven experience on CCS projects with strong exposure to project development and implementation.
• A solid understanding of the full CCS value chain, including CO? capture, transport, infrastructure, and storage solutions.
• Strong technical expertise combined with hands-on experience in industrial or energy projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• The ability to guide, influence, and support multidisciplinary teams.
• A good understanding of the CCS market, industry trends, and key stakeholders.
• An established professional network within the CCS, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Fluency in French; professional proficiency in English is an asset.
