We are looking for a Fluid-Dynamic and Thermal Simulation Expert 

Mission

You will:

• Lead advanced fluid-dynamic and thermal simulations to optimize product development processes within the CAE team.
• Collaborate closely with global product development teams to define and implement simulation strategies that enhance design accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and refine simulation models by integrating latest physics, machine-learning techniques, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure simulation methodologies are seamlessly incorporated into the product lifecycle.
• Stay current with the state of the art in fluid dynamics, thermal analysis, and machine learning, identifying opportunities for model enhancement.
• Translate innovations into concrete development roadmaps and contribute actively to their execution.
• Mentor junior colleagues, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders worldwide, clearly explaining simulation capabilities and limitations.

Profile

You have:

• A Master of Engineering Science or a Master of Science degree; a PhD or research experience in fluid dynamics, thermal simulation, or related domain is highly advantageous.
• Extensive experience (min 6y)  with CFD and thermal simulation tools, demonstrating a strong track record in modeling complex physical phenomena.
• Proven expertise in programming and developing simulation codes or algorithms.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques applied to fluid-dynamic or thermal analysis.
• Experience with flow and thermal measurement methodologies.
• A passion for technical challenges and a strong interest in research and innovation.
• A problem-solving mindset with creativity to develop novel solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Critical attention to detail and a proactive approach to technical excellence.
