Electrical Supervisor (High Voltage)

Mission

As Electrical Site Supervisor, you will ensure the successful execution of all electrical activities within a data centre construction project. You will be responsible for maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards, while keeping the project on schedule and within budget.
Your mission includes:

• Overseeing all electrical installation works and supervising the electrical contractor on site.
• Ensuring compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Conducting quality and safety inspections, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinating with the Package Lead, other disciplines, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintaining detailed project documentation, progress reports, and communication with all stakeholders

Profile

• Proven experience as an Electrical Field Engineer or Electrical Site Supervisor on construction projects.
• Deep knowledge of High Voltage, electrical systems, codes, and industry standards.
• Strong grasp of construction project management principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to motivate contractors, manage priorities, and deliver under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and documentation tools.
