Site Manager HVAC

Our client, active in large-scale infrastructure and building projects, is looking for an experienced Site Manager HVAC to oversee on-site execution, coordination, and delivery of HVAC installation works. This role ensures that installation and commissioning activities are executed safely, on time, and in compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements.

Mission

• You oversee day-to-day site activities related to HVAC installation and commissioning works
• You coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers on site
• You ensure execution according to contract specifications, technical drawings, and applicable standards
• You monitor site planning, resources, and budget in coordination with the Project Manager
• You lead site meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure clear communication with project stakeholders
• You ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
• You perform quality inspections and validate completed works
• You identify risks, troubleshoot technical issues, and propose corrective actions

Profile

• You hold a technical diploma or degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
• You have 3–5+ years of experience as a Site Manager, Supervisor, or Foreman on HVAC installation projects
• You demonstrate strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including ventilation, heating, cooling, piping, and controls
• You have excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
• You are able to manage teams and work under tight deadlines
• You are familiar with health and safety regulations and site documentation
• You have basic knowledge of MS Office and/or project management tools
