Project Director - Construction management

Mission

• You act as a visible safety leader on site, actively participating in daily health and safety management as well as safety audits.
• You support the project close?out processes and ensure that all documentation and requirements are completed to obtain final project approval.
• You work closely with key partners to ensure that all variations are captured and that related costs are issued to the client.
• You ensure that resources are adequate to meet current and future project commitments while maximizing operational opportunities.
• You lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, collaborate on issue resolution, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• You liaise with Construction, QA, Commissioning, and EHS teams to ensure flawless project delivery.
• You manage contractor activities, track progress against schedule, and monitor workforce levels.
• You lead overall construction activities as part of the client team, with a specific focus on site logistics and project handover.

Profile

• You are an experienced Project Director with a proven track record in large?scale construction projects and increasing leadership responsibilities.
• You hold a degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or another construction?related discipline.
• You possess strong knowledge of the full design and construction process.
• You hold or are pursuing a professional certification, with support available if needed.
• You have demonstrated success in coordinating and managing large projects with excellent outcomes.
• You are capable of mobilizing teams and driving successful project delivery in demanding environments.
• You build effective working relationships within complex project structures involving clients and internal partners.
• You thrive in fast?paced, multicultural, and high?impact environments.
