HSE Supervisor WTP

As an HSE Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing health, safety and environmental compliance across water treatment plant works, from construction through commissioning, ensuring full adherence to safety standards, regulations and best practices.

Mission

• You oversee HSE compliance for all water treatment plant activities, including civil, mechanical and process installations.
• You identify, assess and mitigate high-risk activities during excavation, tank installation, piping and commissioning phases.
• You develop and implement safety strategies tailored to water treatment plant operations within hyperscale data center environments.
• You conduct independent audits and site inspections to ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• You collaborate closely with contractors and project teams to enforce best-in-class safety practices.
• You lead incident investigations and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• You act as a visible safety leader onsite, promoting a proactive and positive safety culture.
• You ensure continuous compliance with applicable regulations, procedures and client requirements.

Profile

• You have proven experience in HSE supervision on water treatment plants or similar process systems within large-scale projects.
• You demonstrate a strong understanding of WTP construction methodologies and associated safety risks.
• You are familiar with international safety standards and local regulatory requirements.
• You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management systems.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment.
