Project Manager Decom

Mission

• You lead projects related to Spent Fuel Management (SFM), safety studies, and installation design/modifications

• You manage scope, planning, budget, quality, profitability, HSE, and nuclear safety

• You set up the project organisation, allocate tasks, and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams

• You collaborate closely with internal departments (procurement, finance, risk, etc.)

• You manage client relationships, meetings, and technical/commercial interfaces

• You oversee procurement activities (tendering, negotiation, contracting, invoicing)

• You participate in project and steering committees and ensure structured reporting

• You ensure alignment with the overall SFM strategy

Profile

• You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering with 10–15 years of experience, including 5+ years in project management

• You have Belgian nuclear site clearance; knowledge of Doel and Tihange is an asset

• You have a background in safety studies and/or installation design/modification (a plus)

• Your native language is French or Dutch; you have good English skills

• You demonstrate strong leadership, organisation, and decision-making abilities

• You are result-oriented, client-focused, and performance-driven

• You have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills

• You are based in Brussels and willing to travel to nuclear sites and occasionally abroad
