Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager, you’ll join a high-performing team delivering one of the region’s most ambitious projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating multiple construction packages, ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll operate in a collaborative and dynamic environment where your leadership, technical expertise, and strategic decision-making will directly influence project success and stakeholder satisfaction.

Mission

• You supervise and mentor a team of Construction Package Managers, ensuring performance and accountability.
• You monitor daily site activities, guaranteeing adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.
• You identify and resolve construction issues, escalating risks and delays when necessary.
• You collaborate with the Quality Manager and Commissioning Lead to ensure alignment of construction and commissioning activities.
• You promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations.
• You act as the primary interface between the client, contractors, and stakeholders, maintaining clear and transparent communication.
• You prepare and present detailed progress reports and dashboards to senior management and project stakeholders.

Profile

• You have proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar leadership role on large-scale industrial projects.
• You demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• You are rigorous, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering collaboration and trust.
• You are fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
