GR Package

We are currently looking for a General Requirements (GR) Package Manager to join a large-scale datacenter construction project. You will be responsible for establishing and managing the operational framework of the construction site, ensuring it is properly prepared, organized, and able to operate efficiently from project start. As owner of the GR package, you play a key role in workforce wellbeing, Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), and overall project performance.

Mission

• You own and manage the General Requirements (GR) package throughout the project lifecycle.
• You prepare and maintain all site organization and logistics documentation, including access management, logistics flows, storage areas, temporary utilities, and site connections.
• You act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for general contractors and subcontractors regarding site organization and logistics coordination.
• You continuously update the Site Management Plan in line with project progress within a complex environment involving the parallel construction of three datacenters and associated support units.
• You manage site readiness and coordination for a workforce exceeding 1,500 workers at peak.
• You interface closely with Construction Managers (CM) and report regularly to Project Managers (PM) on site readiness, risks, constraints, and coordination needs.
• You actively contribute to creating a safe, structured, and well-managed construction site, setting the standard for EHS compliance across all contractors.

Profile

• You have senior-level experience in site setup, construction startup, and large-scale construction project coordination.
• You have proven experience managing complex construction environments with multiple stakeholders.
• You demonstrate strong leadership in site organization, logistics management, and EHS-driven operations.
• You are highly available, flexible, and resilient, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• You are fluent in English (project working language).
