Mission

• You oversee key strategic client projects, ensuring successful delivery and high client satisfaction. You create detailed estimates and cost plans for major client developments.
• You lead and manage large, multidisciplinary cost management teams across multiple projects.
• You demonstrate a working knowledge of procurement processes for global projects.
• You manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different time zones.
• You contribute to the development of strong client relationships that support business growth.
• You provide training and knowledge-sharing to team leaders and other team members.
• You lead your team to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes and exceptional client value.

Profile

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in cost management, with a strong focus on pre-construction works, ideally within a consultancy environment.
• You bring experience on large-scale construction projects, preferably within data center and life sciences sectors.
• You have the confidence and experience to lead a business unit, build teams, and develop trusted client relationships.
• You hold a degree or equivalent professional experience in cost management or a construction-related discipline.
• You thrive on building strong, positive relationships with your team and clients through shared purpose, openness, and collaboration.
