Mechanical Project Engineer – Offshore

Mission

• You ensure the complete technical follow?up of all mechanical systems (HVAC, firefighting, water systems, cranes & lifting equipment) within the AC substations.
• You review, analyze and validate a substantial volume of technical documentation related to detailed design and module fabrication.
• You participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) to guarantee equipment compliance before offshore installation.
• You provide engineering support to construction teams during the outfitting and installation phases.
• You collaborate within a multidisciplinary project team and report directly to the AC Substation Package Manager.

Profile

• You bring at least 6 years of experience in EPC projects, ideally with exposure to offshore environments.
• You hold a degree in Electromechanical or Electrical Engineering and have proven expertise in mechanical systems.
• You demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a structured, autonomous, and precise working style.
• You adapt quickly, show a proactive mindset, and have strong proficiency in MS Office tools.
• You are fluent in English, with Dutch considered an asset.
