Mission
Reporting to the Proposal Management Director, you will manage proposal development for complex opportunities (generally over $5M) with a focus on the commercial elements of the proposal and the pricing file. You will secure compliance with the Westinghouse governance process and organize the relevant meetings.
- You manage the development process of complex proposals, from needs analysis to final submission.
- You coordinate the preparation of the Division of Responsibility Matrix and the proposal schedule.
- You identify tender requirements and centralize inputs from internal teams.
- You organize and lead bid/no bid, kick-off, and proposal review meetings.
- You prepare commercial proposals, including pricing, contractual terms, payment conditions, and offer validity.
- You develop and consolidate cost and pricing models in collaboration with relevant teams.
- You ensure compliance with governance processes and coordinate required internal approvals.
- You contribute to sales strategies and risk management activities up to contract signature.
Profile
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or an equivalent qualification.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in an industrial or technical environment.
- You have an advanced level in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and modeling.
- You have good knowledge of IT tools such as SAP, D365, PowerBI, or PRIME.
- You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and strong teamwork skills.
