For our client in Brussels, we are looking for a Project Scheduler.
Mission
- You create, validate and challenge the schedule management approach together with the Program Managers and the PM Officer.
- You establish the framework for schedule management, including schedule levels, calendars, progress measurement, baselines and cha

- You establish the framework for schedule management, including schedule levels, calendars, progress measurement, baselines and change management.
- You elaborate the scheduling requirements to be imposed on EPC contractors and define the methodology for consolidating contractors’ and internal schedules into the Integrated Master Schedule.
- You contribute to the integration of the program schedule with scope management, procurement and contract management, budget planning and interface management.
- You set up and maintain the schedule structure in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 and consolidate both internal and EPC contractors’ schedules.
- You organize meetings to gather inputs, continuously challenge scheduling data and apply techniques for estimating schedule durations and variances.
- You perform schedule impact analyses as part of the change control process, document the results and implement approved changes while archiving baselines.
- You assess schedule risks, report them to the Risk Manager and propose mitigation measures.
Profile
- You have expert knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
- You have excellent verbal and written command of English; Dutch and/or French is an asset.
- You bring 5–10 years of experience in a similar role within infrastructure projects involving engineering and construction.
- You are familiar with project management methodologies such as PMI/PMBOK and have expert knowledge of scheduling techniques and methodologies.
- You ideally have knowledge of high?voltage transmission infrastructure projects and offshore environments.
- You are proactive, a strong communicator and an effective team player.
- You demonstrate strong interviewing skills, enabling you to gather essential scheduling inputs with a critical mindset.
