Construction Contract Manager NL

Mission

• You lead the works contract and ensure that infrastructure works are executed in accordance with the technical specifications.
• You monitor the execution of works on construction sites located in Antwerp and Limburg, ensuring compliance with planning, budget, quality and safety requirements.
• You ensure compliance of the works with contractual specifications up to final acceptance.
• You remain responsible for the safety of people and, where applicable, for railway traffic during site activities.
• You coordinate all stakeholders involved within a multi?technical site environment.
• You manage complex construction sites autonomously or supervise several simple sites simultaneously.
• You support an experienced Construction Contract Manager on larger and more complex projects when required.

Profile

• You have experience in site supervision and coordination of infrastructure works.
• You have technical knowledge in one or more domains such as civil engineering, catenary, signalling or track works.
• You are able to operate autonomously on complex construction sites or multiple smaller sites.
• You are comfortable working in a multi?technical environment requiring strong coordination skills.
• You have a good understanding of public procurement and contract regulations.
• You are willing to work nights, weekends and public holidays when required.
• You speak Dutch fluently and are able to work professionally in an environment located in Antwerp and Limburg; knowledge of French and/or English is considered an asset.
