Construction Contract Manager FR-NL

Mission

• You lead the construction works contract and ensure infrastructure works are executed in full compliance with contractual specifications.
• You monitor the execution of works on construction sites located in Brussels, ensuring adherence to planning, budget, quality and safety requirements.
• You coordinate and supervise contractors to achieve timely and compliant delivery of the works.
• You ensure compliance with technical specifications until final acceptance of the works.
• You remain responsible for the safety of personnel and, where applicable, railway traffic during construction activities.
• You coordinate activities within a multi?technical environment involving several disciplines.
• You manage complex construction sites autonomously or oversee several simpler sites simultaneously.
• You support or collaborate with an experienced Construction Contract Manager on larger and more complex projects when required.

Profile

• You hold an engineering degree and have between 5 and 9 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision.
• You have experience in one or more technical domains such as civil engineering, catenary, signalling or track works.
• You are able to work autonomously on complex construction sites or coordinate multiple simpler sites.
• You are comfortable operating in a multi?technical environment requiring complex coordination.
• You demonstrate strong leadership skills and are able to plan, organize and structure site activities.
• You have a good knowledge of public procurement legislation and contractual frameworks.
• You speak fluently Dutch and French and are able to work professionally on projects based in Brussels.
