Mission
- You assist the project lead in managing administrative tasks related to modification files for ongoing projects.
- You monitor the progress of modification requests and ensure proper execution and documentation.
- You coordinate with departments to identify impacted documents and facilitate their updates.
- You supervise the update of project documentation according to established standards and processes.
- You act as a facilitator and quality checker, ensuring efficiency and compliance in the document update process.
Profile
- You have a technical-administrative background or an engineering degree.
- You are rigorous, organized, and detail-oriented.
- You have strong communication skills, both oral and written, and can draft documents.
- You are proactive and able to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
- You are fluent in French and English; any additional language is a plus.
