Junior Engineer Marine & Island Coordination
We are looking for a junior Engineer Marine & Island coordination for our client in Brussels.
Mission
As Junior Engineer Marine and Island Coordination, you will support the coordination of marine and island activities during the development and construction phases of the Princes Elisabeth project. You will:
- Report to the Lead Marine and Island Coordinator
- Actively participate in daily and weekly coordination meetings
- Support coordination and communication between the different project packages (Island, Cables, and Substation) and their respective contractors to ensure efficient marine and island operations
- Assist in performing vessel audits, together with Marine Warranty Surveyors (MWS) and package-specific experts
- Contribute to safe, well-organized, and efficient offshore operations
Main office in Brussels (Belgium), however site visits of the different contractors and vessel audits may be foreseen.
Profile
You have a:
- Master’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the offshore sector
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Structured, precise, and able to work independently
- Proactive, resourceful, and accountable team player
- Fluent in English and speak French or Dutch
