Project Manager/Construction Manager Infrastructure
As a Medior Project Manager – Infrastructure (Roads & Utilities), you will join a dynamic construction team delivering complex infrastructure projects. You will work hands-on on roads, parking areas, drainage, and underground utility installations, supporting the smooth execution of site operations. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in large-scale construction environments, develop your project management skills, and take an active part in ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on site. Mission
- You support the execution of small to medium-sized infrastructure projects on site, including roads, parking areas, drainage, and underground utilities.
- You coordinate and follow up on road works and sewer installation activities within a large construction environment.
- You ensure smooth site access and day-to-day coordination with subcontractors and internal teams.
- You monitor planning, progress, and quality of works carried out on site.
- You assist in the preparation of technical documentation, method statements, and project follow-up reports.
- You report project progress, issues, and risks to the senior Project Manager
- You ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- You maintain a strong site presence and become operational quickly within the project team.
Profile
- You have a junior to medior level of experience, with approximately 5+ years on large construction or infrastructure projects.
- You have a background in civil engineering or infrastructure works, including roads, sewage, and underground utilities.
- You have experience working on large-scale construction sites; experience with major contractors (e.g. BESIX, Jan De Nul, or similar) is a strong asset.
- You have experience primarily focused on infrastructure projects rather than building construction.
- You have a practical, hands-on mindset and maintain a strong on-site presence.
- You demonstrate a solid understanding of road works and underground networks.
- You are motivated to grow into a full Project Manager role on large infrastructure projects.
