Mission
- You manage and continuously improve project control tools and dashboards (Commodity Tracker, EHS, BOTG, Quality, Document Control, EWN indicators) for large-scale Data Center projects.
- You ensure data accuracy, consistency and alignment with project governance and client standards, acting as a key reference for reliable project data.
- You manage access and resource visibility, including access control applications (visitors, deliveries, workers, client representatives) and workforce analytics based on badging/time-tracking data.
- You support Safety (EHS) activities by maintaining the daily safety induction quiz and coordinating EHS performance tracking and reporting with the EHS team.
- You coordinate and deliver core project reporting, including weekly project control reporting (preparation, presentation and facilitation of meetings) and monthly performance reports (DCS, project performance, CATScan with executive summary).
- You support cost tracking and invoicing activities by aligning resource data, time tracking, overtime inputs, payment applications and monthly reviews with Finance.
- You act as a central interface for stakeholders, handling ad-hoc reporting requests and ensuring alignment between Project Controls, Planning, Finance and EHS teams.
- You contribute to cross-functional project support by developing tools, trackers, templates and by supporting the continuous improvement of project processes and workflows.
Profile
- You have proven experience in Project Controls, Project Reporting and Performance Monitoring, ideally in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (construction, industrial or mission-critical projects).
- You are skilled in building and maintaining dashboards, trackers, KPIs and reporting packs, with a strong focus on data quality, consistency and reliability.
- You understand key project performance drivers across EHS, Quality, Cost, Resources and Documentation.
- You are comfortable consolidating data from multiple sources and ensuring clear reporting governance (single source of truth, version control, reporting cadence).
- You have experience with resource analytics, including workforce visibility, time-tracking/badging data and actuals versus baseline analysis.
- You have exposure to cost tracking and invoicing support processes and can align operational data with Finance expectations.
- You communicate confidently and can prepare, present and facilitate recurring reporting reviews and Project Controls meetings.
- You are structured, detail-oriented and proactive, with a hands-on mindset to improve tools, indicators and processes across departments.
