Medior HSE Supervisor Level 3

Our client is looking for an HSE Supervisor with a Level 3 qualification.

Mission

To supervise our workers on the job site, we are looking for an HSE supervisor who will oversee and supervise the work in terms of safety.

• You supervise on-site activities, ensuring strict compliance with safety and prevention rules.
• You monitor working methods related to piping, lifting operations, and work at height.
• You are present on the work floor approximately 70% of the time to ensure effective operational follow-up.
• You deliver toolbox talks and welcome new employees from an HSE perspective.
• You contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of step-by-step plans and risk analyses.
• You act proactively to identify, report, and correct unsafe situations.

Profile

• You hold an HSE Level 3 qualification or equivalent, combined with relevant on-site experience.
• You have strong knowledge of piping, lifting operations, and working at height.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
• You are comfortable communicating on-site and speaking in front of teams.
• You work autonomously while collaborating effectively with operational teams.
