Project Manager Electrical (Machine Learning)

Mission
As a Project Manager you:
- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of electrical infrastructure systems including power distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, grounding, and control systems.
- Oversee the integration of these electrical systems with ML-based monitoring, analytics, and optimization platforms to enhance operational efficiency and resilience.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and ML teams to evaluate feasibility, develop solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of intelligent electrical systems.
- Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and interdependencies across electrical, mechanical, and AI/ML workstreams, ensuring cohesive project delivery.
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with relevant regulatory standards and safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, utilities, and technology partners to align project goals, coordinate delivery milestones, and resolve technical challenges.
- Consolidate design documents, test results, commissioning records, and operational documentation to facilitate a smooth handover and ongoing system performance.
Profile
- Hold a degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, power systems, project management, or a related discipline.
- Possess proven experience in electrical systems design and delivery within data centers, infrastructure projects, or similar high-tech environments, including power distribution, critical power systems, UPS, generators, and building management system (BMS/EPMS) integration.
- Have familiarity with machine learning applications for predictive maintenance, fault detection, energy efficiency, or intelligent power management solutions.
- Demonstrate strong project and construction coordination skills, with experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings.
- Thrive on autonomy, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining focus on project objectives and timelines.
- Cultivate effective relationships with clients and team members through clear communication, collaboration, and a shared focus on project success.
