HSE Supervisor

As an HSE Supervisor MEP, you are responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environmental compliance across all MEP construction activities, ensuring full adherence to regulations, company procedures, and best practices.

Mission

• You assist in identifying and managing high-risk activities at each stage of the project, liaising with key project stakeholders to coordinate safe work practices.
• You ensure risk control measures are implemented, assessed, and monitored effectively.
• You develop and implement reporting and communication structures to track health and safety performance.
• You evaluate the effectiveness of HSE planning at site level through assessment of communications with contractors, workers, and supervisors.
• You act as a visible safety leader onsite, actively participating in day-to-day HSE management and safety auditing.
• You create and implement the safety strategy and procedures for the project, engaging all partners to support compliance.
• You lead independent HSE audits and ensure contractors establish, implement, and monitor safe work practices.
• You manage the maintenance of health and safety management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) and support incident investigations with corrective and preventive measures.

Profile

• You have proven experience in a senior construction HSE management role, preferably in sectors such as pharmaceutical, data center construction, oil and gas, or commercial real estate.
• You have demonstrated experience in contractor communication, liaising with design teams, and coordinating with project professionals.
• You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• You thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through collaboration and a positive work culture.
• You have a proactive approach to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
