Electrical Design Engineer
Mission
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will contribute to the design and development of electrical systems for complex infrastructure projects, with a focus on tunnel installations. Your responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing low-voltage systems (power supply, cabling, electrical diagrams, tunnel lighting, safety lighting, …).
- Designing and integrating very-low-voltage systems and tunnel technologies.
- Preparing technical plans, calculations, documentation, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee high-quality technical solutions.
- Working autonomously while contributing effectively to team objectives.
- Using AutoCAD and contributing to BIM workflows when relevant (Revit, Stabicad…).
Profile
You are an analytical, well-organized engineer with strong communication skills. You meet the following requirements:
- Master’s degree in Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in Electrical Design.
- Very good knowledge of Dutch and English (French is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset, flexibility, and ability to work independently.
- A good team player with excellent communication skills.
- Technical skills in:
- Low-voltage systems (power, cabling, diagrams, lighting…).
- Very-low-voltage systems and tunnel technologies.
- Experience in tunnel technics is an asset.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (required) and BIM tools such as Revit or Stabicad (a plus).
- Good command of MS Office.
